Nekokawai - Very good at drawing and coloring anime, anatomy and angles rock. Neko seems to have a thing for angels and weapons + guitars along with good emotional explanations for his drawings.

Shaoe - Godda love her style, it reminds me of magna carta art. Nice character designs. clothes, colors and hairstyles rock.

Very skilled anime artist draws nice Naruto characters and some cute girls.

Koutetsu have a good pencil hand but sometimes is too bored to really make that pic be perfect. Go check her work out ^^

[link] "ninja cat anime character wannabe" Firnantowen draws some funny picsof Naruto characters, some of them are ather sick though... well she seems to alwayse have a good time ^^

xd2 - some nice landscape art and some other objects including hand drawn stuff. Well worth a look

Skiele - Has a nice collection of deep space art. And he makes it all in PSP 7 very facinating. He also has a very nice tutorial.

Oresama-Shiko - Is very skilled, just take a look at this: [link] She makes many nice drawings, including ones inspired by Battle angel
She also draws some darker pictures with blood and cuts, sewed-shut eyelids and stuff. All is made with good skill though.

A-liah - Vey skilled with pencils. She draws pretty girls(including Ayumi ) and fasion inspired pretty women.

Elvolante - Has insane drawing skills and is Very good with anatomy, mainly using colored and normal pencils. Amongst his great works you´ll find an illustration of God... as a Mushroom ith breasts. Here is a link to one of his pieces that I like alot: [link]

Incrt-photo - Good nature photographer gifted with a great surrounding nature where he
lives. (think it´s somewhere in north Sweden)
